The background story is as follows.
I was a Ross Perot independent and voted for him twice. But, when "my" President Clinton came onto TV, for which I never voted, and looked deeply in my eyes and said "I never had sex with that woman", I believed him and believed what he said about it being a "right wing conspiracy".
Then I found out he was a lying sack of dog poop and he was doing nasty things at the desk in the oval office, where President Reagan would always where a suit coat out of respect for the office. I felt dirty and used for believing Clinton.
From that point forward, I lost respect for my government and realized most of them are nothing more then selfish, self serving, weasels.
I was unhappy with the extreme debt, which at that time was "only" $5.9 trillion and could still be payed off in my children's lifetime. I was very concerned to have a President flat out LIE to us, it was not what he lied about, but, the fact he lied to our faces. FWIW: He is the only president to be disbarred and stripped of his lawyer's license, for his lying under oath.

In God We Trust
There is one thing that should be held and considered above all others in the Senate trial. Something above political party membership, above the economy, above all else. It is our trust in God and our fear of God. Our money says “In God We Trust”. President Clinton certainly did not tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth under oath. I believe God “shed his grace on thee” and I believe we should deeply fear the immediate and future consequences of allowing a leader to stay in office that lies under oath in front of God. Not only for incurring God’s wrath as a country, but, for the moral decay and rot is sows for us and future generations.
Family Values
What example do we set for our children? One that if the President can cheat on his wife and have sex with a young intern in a public office then anything they do that is less disgusting is okay? That it is okay to lie when it is expedient, suits your purpose, when there is no DNA evidence, and when there are no witnesses?
When our children become CEOs, public officials, law enforcement officers, soldiers, and future leaders what examples are they going to lead by and what examples do we set for them to follow? Ones dictated by money and power or ones dictated by morals and a trust and fear in God? The most important reason to remove President Clinton is he has essentially thumbed his nose at God, the American public, Congress, the Constitution, and the jury. President Clinton should be removed from office immediately just for that.
Are we a nation of prostitutes?
I watched the impeachment and President Clinton’s speech afterwards. It boiled down to one thing, put the value of our money before the value of our morals. Should the economy and making money count more then moral values? It should not. Have we sunk so far morally that we now mirror the prostitute described in Revelations? I hope not.
The “will of the people”
It is not being overturned as far as I can concerned. I would like to think the American people and their morals have not sunk so far as they would knowingly elect a known and active adulator who lies under oath.
Fitness to lead
He is unfit to lead our armed forces, as anyone is who lies under oath. His actions resemble a porno actor on stage, not of a respected leader on a national and world stage. He is suppose to be the leader of the free world, not the FREEer world. President Clinton has proved himself a shameless liar who has disgraced the office of the presidency. He even sold out Lincoln’s own bedroom. There is a line between having human faults and sins (which we all do) and disgusting immoral behavior and lying under oath. Clinton has stepped over that line.
The American people deserve much better. Do what is MORALLY and legally right and REMOVE Clinton from office.
